沙培林联合顺铂治疗肺癌所致胸腔积液疗效观察

目的比较沙培林联合顺铂与单用顺铂治疗肺癌引起的恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效及毒副作用。方法肺癌伴胸腔积液患者44例，随机分为两组，每组22例，治疗组胸腔穿刺注入顺铂和沙培林治疗；对照组仅用顺铂治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为86.4％，高于对照组54.5％，差异有显著意义（P〈0.05），且不良反应率为40．9％明显低于对照组的77.3％，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论沙培林联合顺铂治疗肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液效果显著，不良反应较轻，值得临床推广。

Observation on the effect of sapylin combined with cisplatin on pleural effusion due to pulmonary carcinoma

Objective To evaluate therapeutic effects and toxicities of picibanil（ok-432） plus cisplatin（DDP） on lung cancer accompanied with malignant pleural effusion. Methods There 44 patients with malignant pleural effusion were ran-domized into two groups. Treatment group： 22 cases treated with cisplatin plus DDP. Control group ： 22 eases ,only received DDP. Results It showed that the overall effective rate of treatment group was 86.4%, significantly hhigher than that of 54. 5% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was 40.9%, also significantly lower than that of file control group （77.3%） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of picibanil combined with cisplatin is markedly effective on lung cancer patients accompanied with malignant pleural effusion in addition to light side effect and suitable for clinical application.
