| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价3种喹诺酮类药物治疗老年性肺炎的疗效及经济效果。方法 :选择186例老年性肺炎患者 ,随机分为3组 ,分别给予氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星、洛美沙星治疗 ,观察各组疗效并运用药物经济学方法进行分析。结果 :3组治疗有效率分别为80 65 %、87 1 %、72 58 % ;不良反应发生率分别为7 65 %、6 35 %、13 81 %。平均成本 -效果比分别为2176、3464、3732。结论 :药物经济学分析结果为氧氟沙星优于左氧氟沙星 ,优于洛美沙星。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and pharmacoeconomic results of three kinds of quinolones in treatment of senile pneumonia.METHODS:186senile patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into three groups,who were given ofloxacin,levofloxacin and lomefloxacin respectively.Therapeutic effects were observed and pharmacoeconomic analysis was carried out.RESULTS:The effective rates of three groups were80.65%,87.1%and72.58%,while the adverse drug reaction rates were7.65%,6.35%and13.81%,and the cost-effectiveness ratios were2176,3464and3732respecˉtively.CONCLUSION:Pharmacoeconomic analysis indicated that ofloxacin was superior to both levofloxacin and lomefloxacin. |
