| 摘 要： | 目的对比观察电针与药物治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效差异。方法采用随机数字表将420例颈椎间盘突出症患者随机分组，电针组选用大椎、大杼、后溪穴，药物组用美洛昔康片治疗。结果近期疗效比较，电针组总有效率为95．7％，药物组总有效率为88．0％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）：远期疗效比较，电针组总有效率为99．0％，药物组总有效率为93．3％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论电针大椎、大杼与后溪穴治疗颈椎间盘突出症，近期疗效和远期疗效均优于药物组。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacies between electroacupuncture and medication in treating cervical intervertebral disc herniation （CIDH）. Method By the random number table, 420 CIDH patients were randomized into two groups. In the electroacuptmcture group, Dazhui （GV 14）, Dazhu （BL 11）, and Houxi （SD） were selected; in the medication group, Meloxicam tablets were employed for treatment. Result In comparison of short-term efficacies, the total effective rate was 95.7% in the electroacupuncture group versus 88.0% in the medication group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）; in comparison of long-term efficacies, the total effective rate was 99.0% in the electroacupuncture group versus 93.3% in the medication group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Electroacuptmcture at Dazhui （GV14）, Dazhu （BL11）, and Houxi （SI3） has better short-term and long-term therapeutic efficacies than medication in treating CIDH. |
