电针对更年期综合征患者体内雌激素水平的影响

目的 观察电针对更年期综合征患者体内雌激素水平的影响。方法 将90例更年期综合征患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组30例。3组均采用电针治疗,A组取三阴交,B组取关元、气海,C组取足三里。比较3组治疗前后晚黄体期血清雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡激素（FSH）及促黄体生成素（LH）水平。结果 A组治疗后血清各项指标与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。A组治疗后血清各项指标与B组和C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 电针能够调节更年期综合征患者体内激素水平,其中以针刺三阴交穴较明显。

Effect of Electroacupuncture on Estrogen Levels in Patients with Climacteric Syndrome

Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on estrogen levels in patients with climacteric syndrome. Methods Ninety patients with climacteric syndrome were randomly allocated to groups A, B and C, 30 cases each. All the three groups were treated with electroacupuncture. Point Sanyinjiao was selected for group A; point Guanyuan, for group B; point Zusanli, for group C. Serum estradiol （E2）, follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） and luteinizing hormone （LH） levels in late luteal phase were compared between the three groups before and after treatment. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in serum indices in group A （P〈0.05）. There were statistically s：gnificant post-treatment differences in serum indices between group A and group B or C （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Electroacupuncture can regulate hormone levels in patients with climacteric syndrome. Acupuncture at point Zusanli has a more marked effect.
