穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

目的 观察夹脊穴穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）的临床疗效。方法 将61例PHN患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组31例。对照组采用药物治疗,治疗组在药物治疗基础上配合夹脊穴注射丹参注射液。比较两组治疗前后VAS评分及临床疗效。结果 两组患者治疗1星期后、治疗结束时及治疗后3个月VAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。治疗组治疗后3个月VAS评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为83.9%。两组临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 夹脊穴穴位注射是一种治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的有效方法。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Point Injection on Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huatuojiaji point injection in treating postherpetic neuralgia （PHN）. Methods Sixty PHN patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group o f 30 cases and a control group of 31 cases. The control group received medication and the treatment group, Huatuojiaji point injection of Salvia in addition. Pretreatment and posttreatment VAS scores and the clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the VAS score between before treatment and at one week after the beginning of treatment, at the end of treatment or at three months after the end of treatment in both groups （P〈0.01）. At three months after the end of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in the VAS score between the treatment and control groups （P〈0.01）. The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 83.9% in the control group. There was a statistically signi ficant difference in clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huatuojiaji point injection is an effective way to treat postherpetic neuralgia.
