电针及耳尖放血疗法治疗干眼症疗效观察

目的比较电针疗法和电针加耳尖放血疗法治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法将44例干眼症患者随机分为针刺1组（电针）和针刺2组（电针加耳尖放血），共治疗12次。观察两组患者治疗前后眼部症状积分、泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间的变化。结果两组患者于治疗前后在眼部症状积分、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）均有明显改善（P〈0．05）。针刺2组总有效率高于针刺l组，在改善眼部症状积分与泪膜破裂时间方面优于针刺1组。结论电针治疗及电针加耳尖放血治疗疗效显著。电针加耳尖放血疗效优于电针治疗，且在改善眼部症状积分和泪膜破裂时间方面优于电针治疗：而两者在改善泪液分泌试验方面无明显差异。

Observations on the Efficacy of Electroacupuncture plus Ear Apex Bloodletting in Treating Dry Eye

Objective To compare the clinical efficacies of electroacupuncture versus electroacupuncture plus ear apex bloodletting in treating dry eye. Method Forty-four patients with dry eye were randomly allocated to acupuncture group 1 （electroacupuncture） and acupuncture group 2 （electroacupuncture plus ear apex bloodletting）. Treatment was given for a total of 12 times. Eye symptoms were scored, the Schirmer test was performed and tear film break-up time was recorded in the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Result The eye symptom score and tear film break-up time （BUT） improved significantly in both groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. The total efficacy rate was higher and the eye symptom score and tear film break-up time （BUT） improved more in acupuncture group 2 than in acupuncture group 1. Conclusion Electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture plus ear apex bloodletting both have a marked therapeutic effect. Electroacuptmcture plus ear apex bloodletting is more effective and improves the eye symptom score and tear film break-up time more than electroacupuncture, but there is no significant difference in improving tear secretion between the two methods.
