针刺强刺激与穴位注射治疗癌症相关顽固性呃逆对比研究

目的比较针刺强刺激与穴位注射治疗癌症相关顽固性呃逆的疗效,包括两者治疗后24 h内复发率。方法将60例癌症相关顽固性呃逆患者随机分为两组,针刺强刺激组采用攒竹透鱼腰及内关、膻中、中脘、足三里单侧穴位强刺激治疗,穴位注射组采用内关配合足三里双侧各2 mL生理盐水穴位注射治疗,记录两者连用3 d后是否有效及有效后24 h内是否复发,比较两组治疗效果。结果针刺强刺激组总有效率为96.7%,穴位注射组总有效率为93.3%。针刺强刺激组治疗后复发率为12.5%,穴位注射组为31.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对癌症相关顽固性呃逆选用穴位注射与针刺强刺激治疗效果相当,但针刺强刺激复发率较低。

Comparative Study of Strong Acupuncture Stimulation Versus Acupuncture Point Injection for the Treatment of Cancerrelated Refractory Hiccups

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of strong acupuncture stimulation versus acupuncture point injection on cancer-related refractory hiccups, which include the recurrence rate in the two at 24 hrs after treatment. Method Sixty patients with cancer-related refractory hiccups were randomly allocated to two groups. The strong acupuncture stimulation group was treated by strong stimulation of unilateral points Zanzhu （BL2）-to-Yuyao （Ex-HN4）, Neiguan （PC6）, Danzhong （CV 17）, Zhongwan （CV 12） and Zusanli （ST36） and the acupuncture point injection group, by respective injections of 2 ml normal saline into bilateral points Neiguan and Zusanli. The effectiveness and the recurrence within 24 hrs after effectiveness were observed in the two groups after three consecutive days of treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Result The total efficacy rate and the post-treatment recurrence rate were 96.7% and 12.5%, respectively, in the strong acupuncture stimulation group and 93.3% and 31.8%, respectively, in the acupuncture point injection. Conclusion Clinically, acupuncture point injection and strong acupuncture stimulation have the same therapeutic effect on cancer-related refractory hiccups.
