摘    要:目的评价透穴微创埋线法配合张力平衡针法治疗脑卒中后手指运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将84例脑卒中恢复期患者随机分为观察组42例和对照组42例。观察组采用透穴微创埋线法配合张力平衡针刺法,对照组采用传统针刺方法辨证取穴和循经取穴。以Fugl-Meyer手指运动功能评定法及改良的Ashworth痉挛量表为指标,观察两种治疗方法的临床疗效差异。结果治疗后两组患者改良Ashworth分级及Fugl-Meyer评分均较前得到显著改善(P<0.05),观察组上述两项指标的改善程度较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论透穴微创埋线法配合张力平衡针法治疗手指运动障碍优于常规针刺治疗,可有效缓解手部痉挛,改善手运动功能。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of micro-invasive thread embedding plus muscle-tension-balance acupuncture in treating post-stroke finger motor function. Method Eighty-four post-stroke patients at recovery stage were randomized into an observation group (n=42) and a control group (n=42). The observation group was intervened by muscle-tension- balance acupuncture plus micro-invasive thread embedding, and the control group was by conventional acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation and along-meridian acupoint selection. The Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale and Modified Ashworth Scale were adopted to observe the clinical efficacies of the two treatment methods. Result After treatment, the two groups both had significant improvements in the Modified Ashworth and Fugl-Meyer scores (P〈0.05), and the improvements in the observation group were markedly better than those in the control group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Micro-invasive thread embedding plus muscle-tension-balance acupuncture is better than conventional acupuncture in treating finger motor dysfunction, relieving hand spasm and improving hand motor function.
