| 摘 要： | 目的 观察锋勾针治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法 采用改良的Samuelson 9度分级法,将60例内服中药清肺祛脂方的中度以上患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用锋勾针治疗,对照组采用美容针治疗,治疗6星期后比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为76.7%和100.0%,对照组分别为3.3%和90.0%。治疗组显效率与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论 锋勾针是一种治疗寻常痤疮的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of lance needle in treating acne vulgaris, Method Sixty patients, who were taking Qing Fei Qu Zhi herbal decoction, with ache vulgaris of moderate degree or higher degree according to the Samuelson grating scale were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each. The treatment group was intervened by lance needle, while the control group was by cosmetic needle. The clinical efficacies were compared after 6-week treatments. Result The markedly-effective rate and total effective rate were respectively 76.7% and 100.0% in the treatment group, versus 3.3% and 90.0% in the control group. The treatment group was significantly different from the control group in comparing the markedly-effective rate （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Lance needle is effective in treating acne vulgaris. |
