| 摘 要： | 目的 评估K plate在胸腰椎疾患内固定中的效能。方法 对 31例胸腰椎疾患病人行前路减压、植骨融合及K plate内固定 ,其中胸腰椎骨折 2 8例 ,结核 3例。结果 31例经平均 9 5月以上随访 ,脊髓神经功能均有不同程度恢复 ,钢板位置正常 ,固定牢固 ,1例术后腰椎左侧凸 1 0°,其余脊椎序列恢复正常。结论 K plate内固定治疗胸腰椎疾患固定方便 ,操作简单 ,材料优良 ,特别适用于胸腰椎前路减压需重建稳定性的患者

Treatment of thoracolumbar fracture and tuberculosis with K-plate fixation |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of K plate fixator on thoracolumbar fracture and tuberculosis.Methods Twenty eight patients with thoracolumbar fracture and three patients with thoracolumbar tuberculosis underwent anterior decompression and bone graft and fixation with K plate.Results The average follow up time was 9.5 months.The position of K plate in 31 cases was normal and the fixation was rigid.The alignment of spine was recovered.Conclusion K plate is a good fixator for reconstruction of the stability after anterior decompression in thoracolumbar spine. |
