| 摘 要： | 44例rCBF显像结果表明,此法有利于癲痫的诊断及病灶定位。癲痫发作期,病灶部位rCBF增加,而在发作间期,rCBF减少。rCBF显像的阳性率明显高于CT,在病灶定位准确性方面优于EEG。

| Abstract: | rCBF imaging is very useful in the diagnosis of epilepsy and localization of epileptogenic foci. rCBF in focal areas increases ictally and decreases interictallly. The positive rate of rCBF imaging is higher than that of CT and its localizing accuracy is better than that of EEG. |
