| 摘 要： | 随着生物药专利的纷纷过期,世界各国对于生物通用名药物的研发非常关注。欧盟制定了生物通用名药审批规范,而美国政策尚不明朗。文中对于生物通用名药的政策法规、研发、产品现状进行综述,并对面临的挑战和发展趋势进行了分析。

| Abstract: | With biopharmaceutical patent expired,biogenerics research and development is concerned globally.EU publishes Guidelines on similar biological medicinal products,while regulations are still not clear in United States.This article overviewed biogeneric drug policies,regulations,research and development,product status quo,and also discussed its challenges and trends. |
