| 摘 要： | 中药发挥防病治病作用的物质基础是由多成分构成的有机整体，具有多组分、多环节、多靶点的整体作用特点。经过多年的摸索和积累，基于整体观的中药物质基础“组分结构理论”已取得一定的完善和发展。本文围绕“组分结构理论”，系统阐述了中药物质基础认识和创新组分结构中药制剂科学内涵，以期为现代创新中药制剂研发提供策略和方法。

| Abstract: | The material base of TCM of preventing and curing diseases is an organic whole composed of many ingredients, and which has the characteristics of multi component, multi link and multi target. After many years of exploration and accumulation, the component structure theory of TCM based on the whole concept has been improved and developed. This paper systematically discussed cognition of material base of TCM and scientific connotation of innovative structural components of TCM focused on component structure theory, so as to provide strategies and methods for the research and development of modern innovative Chinese medicine preparations. |
