通过对深圳市盐田区１９９７年实施计划免疫信息化管理前后３年５种疫苗的及时接种率这一指标的比较，可以看出：信息化管理后的及时接种纺逐年上升并维持在较高水平，卡介苗、脊髓灰质炎活疫苗、百白破三联混合制剂、麻疹活疫苗和乙肝疫苗由计划免疫信息化管理前的６１．０％、６７．１％、７６．０％、７１．９％和６５．９％分别上升到６８．１％、７５．６％、８５．１％、８０．４％和７４．１％。常住和暂住流动儿童的及时接种

The Survey of Timely Immunization Coverage Rate on Before and After the Communication Implementation of EPI

In order to investigate the changes of timely immunization coverage rate after the communication implementation of EPI (1997) in children,we selected,2 339 children in 1994- 1996 born and again,2 708 children in 1997 ~ 1999 born.The investigation suggests that children's timely immunization coverage rate had been rising year by year and maintained an higher level.The timely immunization coverage rates of BCG,OPV,DPT,MV and HBV in these children raised from 61.0%,67.1% ,76.0%,71.9% and 65.9% before the communication implementation of EPI to 68.1% ,75.6%,85.1% ,80.4% and 74.1% after the communication implementation of EPI respectively. Difference of timely immunization coverage level between resident and shack children. This investigation suggests that since 1997 the communication implementation played an important role in EPI,it is the most effective way to improve timely immunization coverage rate.
