针刺督脉和足太阳经对抑郁模型大鼠行为学的改善作用

目的:观察针刺督脉的基础上加用足太阳经穴对抑郁症大鼠的疗效。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、西药组、针刺1组和针刺2组,采用长期不可预见性中等强度应激结合孤养造成大鼠抑郁症模型,分别测定大鼠糖水消耗量以及行为学的改变。结果:与空白组相比,模型组大鼠糖水消耗量下降,旷场法测定行为水平活动和垂直活动次数均下降;与模型组相比,针刺督脉和足太阳经治疗组的糖水消耗量增加,行为学评分升高。结论:针刺督脉和足太阳经可以改变抑郁模型大鼠行为学异常,在治疗抑郁症方面有一定优势。

Effects of Acupuncturing Du and Foot Taiyang Vessels on Behavior Changes in Depression Rats

Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of acupuncturing Du and foot Taiyang vessels in the treatment of depression.Methods: Adult rats were randomly divided into normal,model,medication,acupuncture 1 and 2 group.The depression models of rats were established by chronic unpredictable mild stress combining raising seperately.The sweet water wastage and crossing score,rearing score of rat by open-field test were detected.Results: Depression model rats sweet water wastage was lowered,crossing score and rearing score were reduced by open-field test compared with normal rat.Compared with the depression model group,acupuncturing Du and foot Taiyang vessels could increase sweet water wastage,crossing score and rearing score of the depression rats.Conclusion: Acupuncturing Du and foot Taiyang vessels can improve the depression rats' locomotor behavior and sweet water wastage in 24 h.Thus acupuncturing Du and foot Taiyang vessels may be applicable in clinical treatment of depression.
