| 摘 要： | 目的：研制高效、低毒复方杀虫剂。方法：按《农药安全性毒理学评价程序》及《农药登记卫生用杀虫剂室内药效实验方法》操作。结果：ＦＳ－１杀虫王的大鼠急性口服毒力、急性吸入毒性、急性经皮毒性均属低毒级；对家兔眼无刺激；对蚊、蝇、蟑螂ＫＴ５０为３．４４、４．１９和４．５８ｍｉｎ；对蚊、蝇２４ｈ、对德国小蠊４８ｈ死亡率均为１００％。结论：该药剂是一种高效、低毒复方卫生用杀虫剂

| Abstract: | In order to know the toxicity of FS-1 Shachongwang, we had taken a series of tests. The acute oral toxicity, the acute inhal toxicity and the acute toxicity through skin of FS-1 Shachongwang were all in a low toxicity level. It had not eye's stimulation on domestic rabbits. The KT 50 was respectively 3.44 , 4.19 ,and 4.58 mins on mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches. The mortality was 100% in 24 hours . The dead rate was 100% in 48 hours on the cockroaches. It was showed that FS-1 Shachongwang is the low toxicity and high efficacy of pesticide used for public health . |
