| 摘 要： | 目的 观察金葡液治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法 86例恶性胸腔积液患者均行胸腔置管引流,随机分为两组,治疗组经导管灌注金葡液,对照组经导管灌注顺铂。结果 治疗组43例,有效率95.3％;对照组43例,有效率55.8％(P<0.005)。结论 金葡液治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效好,优于胸腔内化疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the treatment effects of malignant plural effusion with staphylococcin aureus injection. Methods 86 cases of malignant plural effusion were designed randomly as two groups: therapy group and control group. All patients were suffered thoracic drainage. The therapy group contained 43 cases and were treated with staphylococcin aureus injection through thoracic drainage. And the control group containd 43 cases and were treated with DDP through thoracic drainage. Result The effective rate was 95. 3% in therapy group and the effective rate was 55. 8% in control group( P<0. 005). Conclusion The treatment effect of malignant plural effusion with staphylococcin aureus injection is better than the treatment effect of intrathoracic chemical therapy. |
