HPLC法测定宫血宁胶囊中重楼皂苷Ⅵ的含量

目的建立RP-HPLC法测定宫血宁胶囊中重楼皂苷Ⅵ的含量。方法用Chromatorax C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(50∶50),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长203nm,柱温30℃进行测定。结果重楼皂苷Ⅵ进样量在1.015～7.105μg(r=0.9999,n=6)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)为101.5%。结论用ODS柱可对宫血宁胶囊中重楼皂苷Ⅵ的含量进行测定,该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于宫血宁胶囊的质量控制。

Determination of Chonglou saponin contents in Gongxuening Capsules by HPLC

Objective To develop an RP-HPLC method for determination of Chonglou saponinⅥ simultaneously in Gongxuening Capsules.Methods Chromatorax C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(50∶50)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 203 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear range was 1.015～7.105 μg(r=0.999 9,n=6)for Chonglou saponin Ⅵ.The average recovery(n=6)of Chonglou saponin Ⅵ was 101.5%.Conclusion The method is found to be simple and accurate for simultaneous analysis of Chonglou saponins in Gongxuening Capsules.This method may be applied for quality control.
