| 摘 要： | 目的:观察化浊解毒和胃方对慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜CyclinD1、PTEN mRNA表达的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠66只随机分为6组,每组11只:正常对照组(空白组)、模型组、维甲酸治疗组(维甲酸组)、解毒化浊和胃方高剂量治疗组(高剂量组)、解毒化浊和胃方中剂量治疗组(中剂量组)、解毒化浊和胃方低剂量治疗组(低剂量组)。采用幽门弹簧插入复合法复制CAG癌前病变模型,各组给予相应的药物每天灌胃1次,每次2mL,连续12周然后用基因的反转录(RT)和聚合酶链式扩增(PCR)相结合(RT-PCR)检测癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜CyclinD1及PTEN mRNA表达。结果:与空白组比较,模型组CyclinD1 mRNA的表达明显增高,PTEN mRNA表达明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高剂量组与维甲酸组可降低CyclinD1 mRNA,增高PTEN mRNA的表达,优于中药中、低剂量组(P<0.05)。但中药中、低剂量组之间,差异无显著性(P>0.05);中药高剂量组与维甲酸组之间,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:化浊解毒和胃方...
