7例胰腺囊腺癌的诊断与治疗经验

目的 探讨胰腺囊腺癌的诊治方法.方法 回顾性分析1992年到2007年我院收治7例胰腺囊腺癌的诊治及预后情况.结果 7例均经病理确诊.胰体尾切除2例;剖腹探查,肿物切除活检1例;胰囊肿切除T型管引流1例;胰十二指肠切除1例.术后生存期最短5个月,最长9年零3个月.结论 胰腺囊腺癌发病少,误诊率高,手术切除率高,预后良好.

The clinical diagnosis and treatment of cystadenocarcinoma of pancreas

Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis and treatment of eystadenoearcinoma of pancreas. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 7 eases of eystadenoearcinoma of pancreas admitted from 1992 to 2007. Results All 7 eases got pathologl- eal diagnosis. 2 eases were treated with resection of the body and tail of pancreas, 1 ease underwent exploratory laparotomy to make eomfirmed diagnosis with tumor exeisional biopsy, pancreatic eysteetomy and T-type tube drainage were performed on 1 ease, pancreatic duodeneetomy was done on 1 ease. The shortest post-operation life span was 5 months, and the longest was 9 years and 3 months. Conclusion Cystadenoeareinoma of pancreas has the eharaeteristle of low morbidity, high misdiagnosis rate, high excision rate and satisfactory prognosis.
