高校护理教师课堂授课质量分析

摘    要:目的:了解高校护理教师的课堂授课现状,为改善护理教师授课技巧,有针对性地提高护理课堂授课质量提供实证依据。方法:使用中文版护理教师课堂授课量表(TLP-C3)对黑龙江省3所高校接受6名护理教师课堂授课的430名护理学生进行测评。结果:教师课堂授课评价总体得分较好,其中在"授课侧重面与意义价值"、"教材的灵活应用与抽象内容及专业术语的解释"方面得分较高,但在"授课内容的质量和特点"、"应对学生的方式和态度"方面的得分相对较低。另外,不同学历的学生对教师课堂授课过程的评价差异有统计学意义。结论:护理教师在课堂授课中应加强与学生的互动,提高提问技巧,注意对授课内容的归纳整理和向学生提供相应的参考资料并注明出处等,以此提高教学质量。

Analysis of university classroom teaching quality in nursing

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the status of university classroom teaching quality, thereby to improve the teaching skills of nursing teacher faculty as well as to provide an empirical basis. Methods: Totally 430 nursing students from three nursing colleges in Heiiongjiang Province attended the evaluation and received six nursing teachers' classroom instruction, with the Chinese version of teachers' lecture practice evaluation scale (TLP- C3). Results: The overall assessment of nursing teachers' classroom lecture was good and the item of"the focuses and value meaning of teaching" and "the flexible application of textbook and the interpretation of abstract content and professional language" were in high score, but "the quality and characteristics of teaching" and "the manner and attitude to students" were in low score. In addition, there was a significant difference in the evaluation of teachers' classroom lectures from different academic degree students. Conclusion: Nursing teachers should strengthen interaction with students and improve questioning techniques in classroom instruction, also pay attention to collate and analyze the content of instruction and provide students with the appropriate reference and indicate the source, make the class distinctive, so as to improve the quality of teaching.
