养血清脑颗粒联合心理疗法治疗焦虑性失眠的疗效观察

目的]观察养血清脑颗粒联合心理疗法治疗焦虑性失眠的疗效。方法]102例焦虑性失眠患者服用养血清脑颗粒,每次1袋,每日3次。1个月为1个疗程,共观察1个疗程,在服用养血清脑颗粒的基础上联合心理疗法。结果]养血清脑颗粒联合心理疗法对焦虑性失眠的各种症状有不同程度的改善,其中焦虑症状、头痛头晕及睡眠不深改善明显。结论]养血清脑颗粒联合心理疗法治疗焦虑性失眠疗效确切,用药安全。
