内翻折叠浆肌层肠段重建输尿管的组织病理学观察

摘    要:目的观察内翻折叠浆肌层肠段重建输尿管的组织病理学变化。方法选用成年比格犬12条,随机分为两组,作内翻折叠浆肌层肠段重建输尿管的实验。A组:通过内翻折叠浆肌层肠段重建一段长约6 cm的人工输尿管,分别在术后第8、15、21天对人工输尿管行组织病理学检查。B组:用A组方法重建一段长约10 cm的人工输尿管,于术后第6周,对人工输尿管行组织病理学检查。结果 A组在术后第8天,组织学检查发现人工输尿管两端腔面有1~2层移形细胞沿浆膜表面生长。术后第15天和第21天,人工输尿管腔面已被3~6层移形细胞完全覆盖。B组在术后第6周,病理检查提示人工输尿管的组织结构与正常输尿管相似。结论内翻折叠浆肌层肠段可形成组织结构与正常输尿管相似的人工输尿管。本研究为临床应用内翻折叠浆肌层肠段重建输尿管提供了实验依据。

The pathological observation of the ureter reconstruction with inversive folding intestinal sero-muscular segment

Abstract:Objective To investigate the histopathological changes of ureters reconstructed with inversive folding intestinal sero-muscular segment.Methods 12 Beagle dogs were randomly divided into 2 groups.In group A,a 6 centimeter artificial ureter segment was constructed by inversive folding intestinal seromuscular segment.Furthermore,the artificial ureter was anastomosed to the lower ureter and upper ureter,respectively.8 days and 15 days and 21 days after operations,histopathological examination of the constructed artificial ureter was carried out.In group B,a 10 centimeter artificial ureter was constructed as group A and it was anastomosed to the bladder and proximal ureter respectively.six weeks after operations,histopathological examination of the constructed artificial ureter was performed.Results In group A,8 days after operation,histopathological examination showed there are 1~2 layers of transitional cells growing along the serosal surface of the 2 ends of artificial ureter.In the 15th and 21th postoperative day,the surface of artificial ureter are covered by 3~6 layers of transitional cells.In group B,six weeks after operations,In histopathological examination,the structure of all the reconstructed ureter was as similar as the normal ureter.Conclusion Reconstruction of ureter by inversive folding intestinal seromucular segment is as similar as the normal ureter in structure.The results might provide an experimental basis for clinical use.
