| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨简化不透射线标志物胃肠通过时间测定鉴别儿童排便困难的价值。方法 采用简化不透射线标志物方法测定 46例排便异常儿童的胃肠通过时间 ,并与正常儿童胃肠通过时间比较。结果 46例排便困难中 2 9例为功能性便秘 ,17例为功能性粪便潴留。与正常对照组相比 ,46例排便困难的儿童的TGITT(87 3± 3 4 2h)、LCTT(17 1± 7 9)和RSTT(62 2± 3 0 1)显著延长 (P <0 0 5 )。其中 ,2 6例单纯RSTT延长功能性粪便潴留的 17例中单纯RSTT延长 12例。结论 简化不透X线标记物胃肠通过时间测定是罗马标准儿童排便困难鉴别诊断的补充。
