| 摘 要： | 为评估区属公立医院的绩效,笔者运用文献法确定了15个医院绩效评估的指标,并邀请7位专家运用AHP法确定了各指标的权重,进而形成了一整套绩效评估的体系。以此,为后续研究打下基础,并以资同类型医院借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper uses documentary method to confirm 15 indexes of hospital performance evaluation,and invites 7 experts using the AHP method to confirm the weight of the index,forming a complete set of performance evaluation system,for evaluating the performance of public hospitals.This paper provides fundamental base for the further research and congenial hospitals use for reference. |
