临床护理路径应用于全子宫切除术效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨临床路径(CP)应用于全子宫切除术的实施效果。方法62例病例分为实验组和对照组,实验组30例实施CP,对照组32例实施传统的治疗护理,将2组的治疗护理效果进行对比。结果术后首次下床时间对照组(27.78±15.61)h,实验组(17.53±8.99)h(t值=3.19,P<0.01);首次排气时间对照组(58.20±10.73)h,实验组(52.24±9.54)h(t值=2.46,P<0.05);术后腹胀发生例数对照组22例,实验组9例(P<0.01);住院天数实验组明显减少(P<0.01);住院费用对照组(5005.63±147.68)元,实验组(4432.21±126.45)元。术后使用镇痛剂和残端出血无统计学意义。结论CP应用于子宫切除术能提高治疗与护理质量,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,适合在基层医院开展。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect analysis of applying clinical pathway for panhysterectomy.Methods62 cases are divided into test group and contrast group, 30 cases in test group take CP, 32 cases of contrast group take nursing of traditional therapy, and make comparison for effect of nursing and treating of two groups.Results The first postoperative off-bed time of contrast group (27.7815.61) h,test group(17.538.99) h(t=3.19,P<0.01);first exhaust time of contrast group(58.2010.73) h,test group((52.24)9.54) h(t=2.46,P<0.05);there are 22 cases in contrast group has postoperative abdominal distension,test group has 9 cases(P<0.01);in-patient days of test group are obviously reduced(P<0.01); in-patient expense of contrast group(5 005.63147.68)RMB,test group(4 432.21126.45)RMB. There is no statistical significance for postoperative analgesia agent and stump bleeding.Conclusion Applying clinical nursing pathway for panhysterectomy can improve the quality of treating and curing, shorten in-patient time, reduce in-patient expense, it can be popularized in basic-level hospitals.
