| 摘 要： | 目的]评价环氧合酶-2（COX-2）与胃癌之间的关系。方法]综合分析1994年1月到2006年11月公开发表的有关COX-2与胃癌关系随机对照临床试验的文献。按照人选标准，有7项随机对照实验纳入本研究。用RevMan4．2软件进行统计分析。结果]COX-2在胃癌组中的表达显著高于对照组（OR=7．88，95％可信区间为5．44-11．4，P〈0．01）。结论]COX-2高表达与胃癌的关联有统计学意义。

| Abstract: | Purpose To evaluate the relationship between cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and gastric carcinoma. Methods All available literature of randomized clinical controlled trails about COX-2 and gastric carcinoma from January 1994 to November 2006 were analyzed. According to the inclusion criteria,7 studies were selected.The data were analyzed by RevMan 4.2 software. Results Expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in control group(odds ratio=7.88,95% confidential intervals=5.44~11.4,P<0.01). Conclusion High expression of cyclooxygenase-2 is significantly relates to gastric carcinoma. |
