| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经电视腹腔镜行腰交感神经节切除术的护理措施.方法对2002年8月8例经电视腹腔镜行腰交感神经节切除术的患者的术前、术后护理体会进行总结.结果所有患者无近期严重并发症,顺利度过围手术期.结论术前护理重在消除病人的焦虑;术后护理重在对可能发生的并发症进行有针对性的观察并进行治疗性护理.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing of patients who are received lumber sympathectomy through vidieo-laparoscope. Methods The preoperative and postoperative nursing experiences on 8 patients received lumber sympathectomy through vidieo-laparoscope from June 2002 to August 2004 were reviewed. Results All patients got through perioperative period successively without early serious complications. Conclusions Preoperative nursing should focus on relieving patient's anxiety, and postoperative nursing should focus on observing possible complications in time and giving relatively therapeutic nursing. |
