柯萨奇腺病毒受体在病毒性扩张型心肌病外周血白细胞中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的观察柯萨奇腺病毒受体(CAR)在病毒性扩张型心肌病(DCM)外周血白细胞中的表达及意义.方法选择柯萨奇B组病毒性DCM及正常人各15例作为研究对象,采用流式细胞术检测外周血白细胞中CAR表达水平,并对DCM患者CAR表达值与心功能值[射血分数(EF)]的变化进行相关性分析.结果流式细胞术检测表明,心肌病组平均荧光强度(MFI)和阳性细胞百分率(PPC)均明显高于正常对照组,两者比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.39和7.21,P均<0.01),而且其MFI与EF值呈显著负相关(r=-0.64,P<0.05).结论柯萨奇B组病毒性DCM患者外周血白细胞中CAR表达水平增加,外周血白细胞CAR水平的检测,有助于DCM的诊断、判断病情和预后.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of coxsack ie-adenovirus receptor(CAR) in peripheral blood leukocytes and its significance in viral dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM). Methods The selection included 15 patients with coxsackievirus B DCM and 15 health people. The CAR expression levels of peripheral blood leukocytes were measured by flow cytomertry. In addition, the relationship between the expression levels of CAR and the cardiac function(ejection fraction,EF) was studied. Results Flow cytometric analysis showed that the mean fluorescence intensity(MFI) and percentage of positive cell(PPC) in DCM group were higher than those in control group. The MFI showed significantly negative correlation with the changes of EF in DCM group. Conclusion The expression levels of CAR are increased in peripheral blood leukocytes with viral DCM. Examining the CAR expression levels contributes to the diagnosis, judging severity and prognosis of viral DCM.
