局部应用雅皓乳膏治疗单纯性龈炎的临床研究

目的　评价雅皓丁硼乳膏局部应用辅助治疗慢性龈炎的临床效果。方法　选择 5 0例男性单纯性牙龈炎患者 ,随机分为实验组 (2 6例 )与对照组 (2 4例 )。实验组使用雅皓丁硼乳膏 ,对照组使用普通非药物牙膏。于基线、基线后 2周、基线后 4周检测菌斑指数 (plaqueindex ,PLI)、龈沟出血指数(sulcusbleedingindex ,SBI)等临床指标。结果　基线时实验组与对照组的临床指标的均值无显著差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ,基线后 4周时实验组与对照组的临床指标的均值有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　局部应用雅皓丁硼乳膏能够有效地缓解单纯性龈炎症状

Clinical Study of Local Treatment in Simple Gingivitis with Dingpeng Emulsion

Objective To evaluate the effects of Dingpeng Emulsion on simple gingivitis as local drug delivery. Methods 50 subjects were selected. They were assigned to experimental group(26) and control group(24). The experimental group was treated with Dingpeng Emulsion, while the control group with common non-pharmic-toothpaste. For both group, the following indexes were recorded at baseline, 2 weeks after baseline, 4 weeks after baseline: plaque index (PLI) and sulcus bleeding index (SBI). Results There was no significant difference between indexes of both groups at baseline(P> 0.05). At 4 weeks after baseline, there was significant difference between indexes of both groups(P< 0.05). Conclusions Local drug delivery of Yahao Dingpeng Emulsion can effectively relieve the characteristic symptom of simple gingivitis.
