| 摘 要： | 胸部CT诊断肺结核应用已久，且在临床诊断中占有重要地位。老年性肺结核的CT表现不典型，且老年人并存症较多，常被其它征象所掩盖，易误诊。笔者综合国内外文献资料及临床体会作一简要综述。

| Abstract: | CT diagnosis for pulmonary tuberculosis plays an important role in its history.However,CT appearances/findings for pulmonary tuberculosis in senile patients are not typical due to other existing syndromes that might lead to misdiagnosis.The author aims to give a summary on this topic combining findings of publications both at home and abroad with his own opinions and experience. |
