对全科医师进行急救技能培训的效果分析

目的探索对全科医师进行急救技能培训的有效途径。方法对370名全科医师按照统一的教材和标准进行急救技能培训,内容包括急救技能的理论知识、技术操作及模拟抢救演示训练,将培训前、后的考核情况进行对比分析。结果培训后全科医师整体对急救技能理论知识的掌握程度、整体技术操作水平及模拟抢救演示考核合格率与培训前相比差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论应将全科医师急救技能培训纳入全科医学继续教育,形成定期的规范化培训,以提高全科医师的急救技能水平。

An Analysis on the Effectiveness of First-aid Skills Training for General Practitioners

Objective To study the effective approach for the first-aid skill training of general practitioners.Methods According to the uniform training textbooks and standards,the first-aid skill training was conducted among 370 general practitioners.The trainging program consisted of theoretical knowledge,operation practice and simulated performance of the first-aid.Examination results between the pre- and post- training were analyzed.Results The examination passing rate after training was significantly higher than that before training on first-aid theory,skill practice and simulated first-aid performance (P<0.01).Conclusion The training of the first-aid skill for general practitioners should be integrated into the prograqm of continuing education on family medicine.The training program should be standardized and regularized to enhance the first-aid skill of general practitioners.
