口服西药外敷中药治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

目的观察口服西药配合中药外敷下腹部治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法将160例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分两组,每组80例。组予口服氧氟沙星400 mg,2次/d,同时加服甲硝唑400mg,3次/d,12日为1个疗程;组在口服上述西药的基础上配合中药外敷下腹部,每晚1次,12日为1个疗程,两组均在1个疗程结束后停药5天,再继续新疗程(月经期停用)。治疗3个疗程后比较疗效。结果组、组的总有效率分别为69.0%和30.0%。组疗效显著优于组(P<0.01)。两组用药期间有部分患者出现不同程度的胃肠道反应。治疗后复查血、尿常规及肝肾功能,均未见明显异常。结论口服西药配合中药外敷下腹部治疗慢性盆腔炎有较好的疗效,值得推广。

Oral administration of Western medicine with external application of Chinese traditional medicine on lower abdomen for chronic pelvic inflammation

Objective To observe the clinical effects of oral administration of Western medicine with external application of Chinese traditional medicine on lower abdomen for treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods 160 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into two groups(n=80): group I(Western medicine group) and group II(Western medicine with Chinese traditional medicine group).Patients in group I received kfloxacin(400mg,bid) and metronidazole(400mg,tid).Patients in group II received external application of Chinese traditional medicine on lower abdomen in addition to the same medicine as group I(qn).One treatment course lasted 12 days and altogether there were 3 courses with 5 days interruption between the intervals for every patient.The clinical effects were compared between two groups after three treatment courses.Results The total efficiency rate was 69% in group II,and 30% in group I.The total efficiency rate in group II was significantly better than that in group I(P<0.01).Some patients had various extent of adverse action of gastrointestinal tract during administration.There were no obviously abnormal findings in blood tests,urine tests,renal and liver tests after therapy.Conclusion Good efficacy has been achieved by oral administration of Western medicine with external application of Chinese traditional medicine for treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.It is accordingly recognized usage in the future on a larger scale.
