摘    要:目的 比较单独应用胶原膜和胶原膜与人骨形成蛋白(hBMP)联合应用引民即刻种植体周骨缺隙骨再生的效果。方法 将复合有hBMP和hBMP的相同种植体分别植入12只成年杂种狗下颌拨牙窝,覆盖胶原膜。于术后2、4、8、12周每次处死狗3只,取格,扫描电子显微镜观察。结果 在种植体周骨缺隙部,有hBMP组2周时即有大量新骨形成,8周时骨缺隙完全由成熟的骨质充填,而无hBMP组,12周时种植体周骨缺隙由仍未

Experimental Study on Atelocollagen Membrances in Combination with hBMP in Promoting Bone Regeneration around Immediate Extraction Sockets Implants.

Abstract:Objective To Compare the effectiveness of bone regeneration around immediate extraction sockets implants which were covered by atelocollagen membrances in combination with hBMP (human bone morphogenetic protein) or atelocollagen membrances alone. Methods HA-Coated implants with hBMP and those without hBMP were respectively placed into the fresh extraction sockets of third mandibular premolars of 12 mongrel dogs. The sockets were covered by atelocollagen membrances and gingival flaps were elevated to attain primary closure. The dog was sacrificed at 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks postoperatively. Results The observation using SEM showed that in peri-implant bone defects, there was new bone formation at 2 weeks and peri-implant bone defects were fully filled by mature bone at 8 weeks in hBMP groups, but in groups without hBMP the peri-implant bone defects were filled by imcompletely mature bone at 12 weeks; On the implant-bone interface, new bone formation and mature in hBMP groups was earlier than that in groups without hBMP. Conclusion The absorbable atelocollagen membranes made in china could effectively guide bone regeneration around immediate extraction sockets implants. The use of atelocollagen membrances in combination with hBMP could significantly promote bone regeneration and new bone mature around immediate extraction sockets implants.
