摘    要:本方法用璃玻纤维滤膜(GF)和聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PUF)采集焦炉逸散物中多环芳烃(PAH)。采集在GF和PUF上的PAH样品分别进行真空升华提取和以甲醇为溶剂的索氏提取。提取的样品经高压液相色谱(HPLC)分析。色谱条件:固定相:Zorbax ODS柱;流动相:(1)80%~90%甲醇水溶液,以每分钟1.0%递增,(2)90%~100%甲醇以每分钟0.6%递增。(3)100%甲醇洗脱,直至最后一个色谱峰出现为止。流速:1.0ml/min。样品轻紫外、荧光监测器同时检定,可测得焦炉逸散物中PAH19~20种。

Abstract:A method for determination of PAH in coke oven emission is described. PAH aerosol were collected by glass fibre filter (GF) and polyurethane foam filter (PUF) simultaneously. The solid phase of PAH in the GF was extracted by vacuum sublimation, while the gas phase of PAH in the PUF was extracted by Soxhlet apparatus with purified methanol. The HPLC condition for PAH separation was as follows: Column: Zorbax ODS; Mobile phase: 1. from 80% to 90% methanol at a gradient of 1% per min; 2. from 90% to 100% methanol at a gradient of 0.6% per min; 3.then remained 100% until the last peak appeared. Flow rate: 1 ml/rain. Detection of PAH was carried out simultaneously by UV and Fluorescence Detectors. 19-20 individual PAH in coke oven emission had been determined by the method.
