| 摘 要： | 121例妊娠晚期胎盘超声图象研究结果表明:Ⅰ级胎盘(Grannun分类标准)16例(13％)中,有6例为低体重儿,生后3例死于 RDS;Ⅱ级40例(33％)中,1例死于 RDS;Ⅲ级65例(54％)无1例发生 RDS,有3例为低体重儿。胎盘的成熟度与胎儿体重、成熟度有关。38例过期妊娠中,Ⅲ级胎盘合并羊水过少者11例,其中有5例(45.5％)新生儿出现过熟现象。认为超声检查胎盘成熟度是一种安全、可靠、非损伤性预测胎儿成熟度的方法。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the ultrasonographic data in 121 cases with placental changes of termination pregnancy.According to Grannum's method,the occurence of grade 1 placental was 13%,grade 2 placental was 33%,grade 3 placental was 54%.In 16 cases grade 1 placental,6 cases(37.5%)were of low birth weight,and 3 cases(18.8%)died of RDS.Of grade 2 placental 40 cases,1(2.5.0/0)died of RDS.In grade 3 placental,none died of RDS,Grade 3 placental 3 cases with oligohydramnios,were considered the sign of IUGR,In prolonged pregnancy 38 cases,11 cases were of grade 3 placental with oligohydramuios and 5 cases(45.5%)showed the signs of pastmaturity. It is concluded that placental matutrity should be examined by ultrasono- graphy.It is a safe,convenient and non-invasive procedure for high risk pregnancy. |
