高血压和糖尿病患者血尿酸与血脂变化的意义

目的探讨高血压和糖尿病患者血尿酸与血脂水平变化及其意义。方法对60例高血压病患者、49例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者、63例2型糖尿病患者的血尿酸与血脂水平进行检测分析。结果高血压病组的血尿酸为328.6±94.2μmmol/L,糖尿病合并高血压组血尿酸为281.2±126.1μmmol/L,糖尿病组血尿酸为247.8±86.3μmmol/L,三组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。高尿酸血症的发生率高血压病组(26.7%)明显高于糖尿病组(11.1%),有显著性差异(P<0.05)。糖尿病组的血糖与尿酸呈负相关(r=-0.309,P<0.05),高血压病组血尿酸与ApoA1呈负相关(r=-0.328,P<0.01),糖尿病合并高血压组血尿酸与甘油三酯呈正相关(r=0.322,P<0.05)、与ApoA1呈负相关(r=-0.329,P<0.05),糖尿病组血尿酸与脂蛋白(a)呈负相关(r=-0.260,P<0.05)。结论高血压可能是致高尿酸血症的独立危险因素。

The significance of serum uric acid and lipid levels in the patients with hypertension or diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the significance of serum uric acid and lipid levels in the patients with hypertension or diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods The60patients with hypertension,49patients with DM of type2combined with hypertension and63patients with DM of type2were selected.Serum uric acid and lipid levels of the patients were measured.Results Serum uric acid levels of hypertension group,DM combined with hypertension group and DM group were328.6±94.2μmmol/L,281.2±126.1μmmol/L and247.8±86.3μmmol/L,respectively.The differences among the groups were significance(P<0.05).The incidence of hyperuricaemia in hypertension group(26.7%)was higher obviously than that in DM group(11.1%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Negative correlations were shown between blood glucose and serum uric acid(r=-0.309,P<0.05),between serum uric acid and lipoprotein(a)(r=-0.260,P<0.05)in DM group,between serum uric acid and apolipoprotein A1(r=-0.328,P<0.01)in hypertension group.There were a positive correlation(r=0.322,P<0.05)between uric acid and triglyceride,and a negative correlation(r=-0.329,P<0.05)between uric acid and apolipoproteinA1in DM combined with hypertension group.Conclusion Hypertension alone might be a risk factor for hyperuricaemia.
