| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC测定红景天枸杞片中红景天苷的含量的方法。方法：采用WelchC18色谱柱（4．6mm×250nm，5μm），流动相：以水-乙腈进行梯度洗脱；检测波长：275nm，流速：1．0m1．min^-1，柱温：35℃。结果：红景天苷在39．2～392μg·ml^-1浓度范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系（r=0．9998，n=6），平均加样回收率为98．6％，RSD=0．70％（n=6）。结论：本法简便，结果准确，重现性好，可作为红景天枸杞片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a HPLC method to measure the content of Rhodiola medlar tablets. Methods： A Welch C18 （4. 6mm ×250mm, 5μm） was used, the mobile phase was a mixture of water- acetonitrile as mobile phase with gradient elution with the flow rate was 1. 0 ml· min^-1 , 275nm as the decection wavelength and column temperature was 35℃. Results： Salidroside showed good linear relationship at the range of 39. 2μg· ml^-1 to 392μg· ml^-1 （r = 0. 9998, n =6）. The average recovery was 98. 6% （n=6）, RSD=0. 70% （n=6）. Conclusion： The method appeared to be simple, convenient and precise, and can be used for control of Rhodiola medlar tablets. |
