保山市不同感染途径HIV/AIDS死亡病例生存年限的比较性研究

目的对云南省保山市21年累计死亡的800例HIV/AIDS病例进行分析,对不同感染途径HIV/AIDS死亡病例进行比较,找出其规律性,为今后的防治工作提供依据。方法利用SPSS 15.0统计软件包对800例死亡病例的人口学资料、感染途径、生存时间进行分析。结果 800例死亡病例中感染途径为静脉吸毒占12.3%,性途径感染占64.3%,母婴传播占2.1%,不明感染途径占21.3%。性途径感染1年内死亡的占该途径感染的50.3%,而在静脉吸毒感染的死亡者中1年内死亡的占该途径感染的为13.3%,不明传播途径的占54.1%。结论保山市HIV/AIDS死亡病例在头1年达到较高水平,性途径感染的生存时间明显短于注射吸毒。

The comparative study on survival time of HIV/AIDS death cases infected by different infection ways in Baoshan, Yunnan

Objective The data of 800 cumulative HIV/AIDS death cases infeceed by different infeceion ways in the last 21 years was collected and analyzed,to provide a basis for HIV prevention.Methods The demographic data,transmission routes and the life time were analyzed by SPSS15.0 software.Results 12.3% of the 800 HIV/AIDS death cases were intravenous drug abusers,and 64.3% were infected by sexual transmission;2.1% were infected through mother-to-infant transmission.The infection routes of 21.3% were unidentified.50.3% of the death cases infected by sexual transmission died within one year,and the mortality rate of intravenous drug abuses was 13.3%;54.1% of the death cases infected through the unknowing ways.Conclusion The mortality rate of HIV/AIDS was higher within 1 year in Baoshan city,and the survival times of sexual transmission was shorter than intravenous drug abusers.
