| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨预见性护理在尿毒症血液透析患者中的应用及临床效果.方法:将80例尿毒症血液透析患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组在透析过程中采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予预见性护理.比较两组护理相关并发症发生情况.结果:观察组护理相关并发症发生率为10.0%,对照组护理相关并发症发生率为37.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:预见性护理能降低尿毒症血液透析患者护理相关并发症的发生率,提高护理质量.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the application of foresight nursing care to uremia patients with hemodialysis and evaluate its clinical effect.Methods: 80 uremia patients with hemodialysis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(40 patients in each group).Routine nursing care was given to the patients in the dialysis process in the control group and the foresight nursing care was applied to the patients in the observation group based on the routine nursing care.The nursing care-related complications were compared between the two groups.Results: The incidence of nursing care-related complications was 10.0% in the observation group and 37.5% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The foresight nursing care can reduce the incidence of nursing care-related complications in hemodialysis patients and improve the quality of nursing care. |
