中华鲟软骨抗肿瘤活性的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨中华鲟软骨制剂的抗肿瘤作用。方法:应用丙酮沉淀和超滤法枯提和分离中华鲟软骨制剂,通过鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜实验分析中华鲟软骨体外抑制血管生成的作用,采用荷结肠癌裸鼠模型在体内观察中华鲟软骨对肿瘤生长的影响。结果:中华鲟软骨溶液平均主血管数a组(21.52±3.64)和C组(7.16±1.31)与生理盐水组(33.84±3.14)差异显著(t=4.92和2.47,P均〈0.05);b组平均主血管数(28.414-2.13)与生理盐水组差异不显著(t:2.03,P〉0.05);中华鲟软骨溶液a腹腔注射组平均瘤重(O.41±0.06)和灌喂组平均瘤重(0,53±0.03)与生理盐水腹腔注射组平均瘤重(0.52±0.08)和灌喂组平均瘤重(0.56±0.04)比较,腹腔注射组差异显著(t=2.61,P〈0.05);溶液c腹腔注射组和灌喂组的平均瘤重分别为(0.31±0.09)和(0.53±0.05),与生理盐水腹腔注射组和灌喂组的平均瘤重比较,腹腔注射组有显著性差异(t=3.55,P〈0.05);溶液b腹腔注射组和灌喂组的平均瘤重分别为(O.464-0.07)和(O.59±0.06)与生理盐水组比较无显著性差异(P均〉0.05)。结论:中华鲟软骨制剂具有抗肿瘤的作用,活性成分分子量在5,000—100,000之间。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the activity of Chinese sturgeon cartilage tissue against tumor cells. Methods: The inhibition effect of Chinese sturgeon cartilage tissue on the capillary formation that was investigated by chicken embryo ehorion allantoises test in vitro. The effect of Chinese sturgeon cartilage tissue on the tumor growth of nude mouse with human lovo colon eareinoma that was observed in vivo. Results: The blood vessel numbers of Chinese sturgeon cartilage solution a (21.52±3.64) and c (7. 16±1.31 ) were significant different than that of saline group (33.84±3. 14) (t =4. 92 and 2. 47, P all 〈0. 05) ; That of solution b (28.41±2. 13) and saline group were the same ( t = 2.03, P 〉 0. 05 ) ; The mean tumor weigh of abdominal cavity injection group and raise group by Chinese sturgeon cartilage solution a or c which were ( 0.41±0.06 ) or ( 0. 31±0. 09 ) and ( 0. 53±0. 03 ) or (0. 53±0. 05 ), the mean tumor weigh of abdominal cavity injection group and raise group by saline were ( 0.52 4±0.0g ) and (0.56±0. 04) . The mean tumor weigh of abdominal cavity injection group by Chinese sturgeon cartilage solution a anti c were significant different than that by saline ( t = 2. 61 and 3.55, P all 〈 0.05 ) . That of abdominal cavity injection group (0.46±0.07) and raise group (0. 59±0. 06) by Chinese sturgeon cartilage solution b were the same than that by saline ( P all 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Chinese sturgeon cartilage tissue can suppress tumor growth, the molecular weight of the active ingredient is between 5,000 and 100,000.
