临安市中学生自杀行为及态度相关性研究

目的：了解临安市中学生自杀行为发生情况，探讨自杀行为与自杀态度之间的关系，为预防干预提供依据。方法：采用分层整群随机抽样方法，对临安市6所中学6个年级36个班共1693名学生进行了问卷调查；并对数据进行描述性分析和统计推断。结果：1693名学生中有440人（26．0％）曾经有过自杀意念，有自杀意念的440人中46人（10．5％）有过自杀未遂行为。1693名学生中对自杀行为、自杀者、自杀者家属和安乐死持肯定或理解态度的学生分别占7．3％、26．4％、56．5％和25．30／00。多因素logistic回归分析显示，对自杀行为的态度、对自杀者的态度以及对安乐死的态度是产生自杀意念的重要影响因素。结论：自杀意念在临安市中学生中较为常见，对自杀行为持肯定支持者不在少数，预防中学生自杀行为应以健康教育及心理疏导为主。

Suicide behavior and attitude towards suicide among adolescents: results from a cross-sectional study in Linan,Zhejiang

Objective：To evaluate prevalence of suicide behaviors among middle school students in Linan, Zhejiang province and to estimate its association with attitudes towards suicide in order to expand the basis for prevention. Methods： A two -stage stratified cluster sample process produced a representative sample of 11 - 20 year-old students in Grades 1 - 6 who attended public middle schools in Linan. Questionnaires about suicide behaviors and attitude towards suicide were administrated. Results： In total, 1693 students （49. 3% males, 50. 7% females） were included in this study. The prevalence of suicidal ideation was 26. 0% （440/1693）. 46（10. 5%） of the 440 who had reported suicide ideation had suicide attempt. The proportions of positive attitudes towards suicide behavior, suicide person, family members of suicide person and euthanasia were 7. 3%, 26. 4%, 56. 5% and 25. 3%, respectively. Logistic regression identified attitudes toward suicide behavior, suicide person and euthanasia were important factors of suicide behavior. Conclusions： Suicidal ideations are quite frequent among Linan middle school students. A quite large number of schoolchildren expressed an agreeable attitude towards suicide. The approving attitude towards suicide among these students correlated with suicidal ideation. Suicide control and prevention should focus on changes of suicide attitudes.
