| 摘 要： | 目的:观察四藤通脉饮治疗颅内动脉瘤术后脑血管痉挛的临床疗效.方法:将42例颅内动脉瘤术后脑血管痉挛的患者随机分为对照组20例和治疗组22例,对照组在术后进行预防感染,脱水、尼莫同等综合治疗,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用四藤通脉饮治疗,10天后观察疗效.结果:42例患者治疗后TCD检查,血管痉挛符合率达100%,治疗组第...
