| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多奈哌齐治疗脑卒中后失语的疗效和安全性。方法脑卒中后失语患者随机分为对照组(38例)及治疗组(38例)。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予多奈哌齐5 mg,1次/d,共4周。采用西方成套测验(WAB)并计算失语商(AQ)评定患者语言功能。结果治疗后,两组的WAB、AQ评分均有所提高,但治疗组WAB中的口语表达、听理解、复述等方面评分与对照组相比明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多奈哌齐对运动性失语、感觉性及传导性失语中的复述言语障碍改善作用明显,但对命名性失语无明显疗效。未见明显药物不良反应。结论多奈哌齐治疗脑卒中后失语有效且较安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy and safety of donepezil in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia.
