急性脑梗死肝阳暴亢证患者血脂及经颅多普勒检查结果的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨血脂水平及经颅多普勒检查与急性脑梗死肝阳暴亢证的关系.方法:对110例肝阳暴亢证急性脑梗死患者(观察组)及25名健康体检者(对照组)分别进行血脂及经颅多普勒检查.结果:观察组血脂水平明显高于对照组;观察组血流速度明显高于对照组(P〈0.01);观察组动脉狭窄程度明显高于对照组,阻力指数高于对照组;颅内及颈部各血管的PI、RI值显著高于正常对照组.结论:血脂代谢异常及血管病变与急性脑梗死肝阳暴亢证的发生密切相关.
