应用纤维蛋白靶向对比剂对兔大脑中动脉红色和白色栓子的MRI分子影像学评价

摘    要:目的进行纤维蛋白靶向对比剂对兔大脑中动脉红色或白色栓子的MRI分子影像学评价。方法血红色和白色栓子在24小时前制作。在透视下将3F微导管插入左颈内动脉近心端,将放在2ml生理盐水中的2个红色或白色栓子在3~5min内缓慢注入颈内动脉。于注射EP-2104R或Magnevist前及注射后进行连续T1-FLAIR和T1加权双翻转快速自旋回波序列血栓分子磁共振成像。结果在对比剂EP2104R注射之前,无论红色、还是白色栓子均未显示。在注射EP2104R后,红色和白色栓子均能够准确显示,呈亮点,与周围组织形成对比。在Gd-DTPA对照组动物,栓子注射后,注射Gd-DTPA后6个小时,没有任何对比作用,栓子未显示增强改变。结论应用纤维蛋白靶向对比剂EP-2104R能够选择性的显示兔大脑中动脉红色和白色栓子。
