| 摘 要： | 目的 评价消痔灵注射辅助PPH术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的临床效果.方法 采用随机对照单盲法将72例分成治疗组(36例):采用消痔灵注射辅助PPH术,对照组(36例):采用单纯PPH.观察两组术前、术后7 d、15 d、1个月、6个月排便费力、便后肛门坠胀感、肛门阻塞感症状,并评分;观察两组术后并发症:术后出血、肛门坠胀、肛门疼痛、排尿障碍;对比两组患者手术时间及住院时间.结果 治疗组与对照组相比,两组疗效、手术时间及住院时间无统计学差异.在预防术后并发症尤其是术后出血方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 消痔灵注射辅助PPH临床疗效肯定,术后出血少.
