老年高血压病社区护理干预效果分析

目的探索社区护理干预对老年高血压患者的疗效及预后的影响。方法90例社区老年高血压患者,随机分为2组,常规治疗组(n=47)按《中国高血压防治指南》应用抗高血压药物和非药物治疗,护理干预组(n=43)在上述治疗的基础上进行社区护理干预,以实施社区健康教育为基础,营养干预、运动锻炼、心理护理为干预重点的社区综合护理干预。结果护理干预组患者干预3年后,健康教育达标率、高血压控制率和不良饮食习惯改变率明显高于常规治疗组;心脑血管并发症的发病率明显低于常规治疗组。结论对社区老年高血压病患者实施社区护理干预,是降低患者的血压、改善患者生活质量的一种行之有效的做法。

Study on Community Nursing Model of Aged People With Hypertension

Objective To explore the effects and outcome of community nursing intervention on the aged patients with hypertension. Methods Ninety patients with the aged hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups: the conventional treatment group(n=47) and the nursing intervention group(n=43).The patients in the conventional treatment group received routine anti-hypertensive medication and non-pharmacological therapy according "the Chinese hypertension prevents and controls guide".On the basis of above synthetic therapy,the patients in the nursing intervention group received additional community nursing intervention that included health education,nutritional intervention,physical exercise and psychology consultation. Results After 3-year of community nursing intervention,rate of health education achieving,control rate of hypertension and alteration of bad dieting habit in the nursing intervention group were obviously higher than the conventional treatment group.The incidence of complications in the nursing intervention group was obviously lower than the conventional treatment group. Conclusion Carrying out community nursing intervention for the aged patients with hypertension is the effective procedure for reducing patient's blood pressure and improving the patient's life quality.
