厚度和底色对Solidex树脂颜色影响的实验研究

目的观察厚度和底色对Solidex修复性树脂颜色的影响。方法制作厚度分别为0．8、1．0、1．2、1．4、1．6和1．8mm的Solidex树脂样本，用ShadeEye NCC测色仪分别测定其在金属底层和色度为A3和C3的树脂底层上的L^＊a^＊b^＊值，比较样本在不同厚度和不同底色时的色差并用SPSS分析L^＊a^＊b^＊值的统计学差异。结果Solidex树脂的厚度大于1．6mm时，树脂在三种底色材料上的色差无显著性差异，L^＊a^＊b^＊值无统计学差异。当树脂的厚度小于1．4mm时，三种底色材料上Solidex树脂的色差随厚度的增加而减小，金属底色上的色差较树脂底色时大。Solidex树脂试样的L^＊a^＊b^＊在金属底层和C3色树脂底层上时有显著性差异。结论金属底色对Solidex树脂的颜色影响较树脂底色大。使用Solidex树脂制作美容性修复体时，树脂材料厚度应大于1．6mm以消除底色的影响。

Influence of thickness and substrate on the color of solidex

Objective To investigate the influence of thickness and substrate on the color of Solidex resin.Methods Ten specimens of Solidex were fabricated at thicknesses of0.8,1.0,1.2,1.4,1.6 and 1.8mm respectively. Specimens were overlaid on metal substrate and composite resin substrate. The CIE Lab values of specimens were measured using a colorimeter (ShadeEye NCC) in order to determine the colorimetric difference and analyzed by SPSS.Results When the thickness of resin was more than 1.6mm,the color difference and Lab values were not significant on different substrate. When the thickness was less than 1.4mm, the color difference increased as the thickness decreased. The color difference on metal substrate was more significant than that on composite resin substrate. Lab values of Solidex specimens were significantly different on metal and C3 composite resin substrate.Conclusion Metal substrate had more evident influence on the color of Solidex than composite resin substrate. The thickness of resin was recommended to be more than 1.6mm to eliminate the influence of substrate on the color when Solidex was used to make esthetical restorations.
