影响双源CT冠状动脉成像质量因素的探讨

目的:探讨影响双源CT冠状动脉成像质量的因素。方法:使用双源CT对50例患者进行冠状动脉检查,并对其图像进行回顾性分析。结果:除3例不成功外,其余患者图像进行三维处理后均得到较好的诊断效果。结论:认真总结双源CT冠状动脉成像质量因素,提高成像质量对诊断准确率有重要意义。

Discussion on Factors Influencing Quality of Coronary Angiography with Dual Source CT

Purpose To study the factors influencing quality of coronary angiography with dual source CT. Methods 50 cases undergoing examination on coronary artery with dual source CT are involved. The images are reviewed retrospectively. Results Satisfying images are obtained after three -dimensional process in 47 of all. Conclusion It is important for accurate diagnosis to summarize the influencing factors and improve the quality of images of coronary angiography with dual source CT.
